Harsh Truths No wants to hear

Let's face it. Life is unfair and brutal. However, the shocking truth is that we love to cover it with fantasy to make us feel better but in the end, the truth must come to light. So here are some shocking truths that we need to hear No one cares about you if you don't care about yourself - This may come off as harsh but it's the truth. Everyone in life is trying to live their lives to the maximum potential. Everyone is trying to climb over the backs of others to reach their goals. That's why it's called a rat race; there is one cheese and a million rats. Sure you may be asking how come there are aid organizations and counseling agencies? Simple, they are there to collect the wounded and move them off the side so others can continue life's race, and they may be also diversion tactics to keep you off your goals, so they can achieve theirs.  You will be forgotten one day -  You only have a limited amount of time at the place you are in life. Everything that you ...

How to tell when you're not valued (worthless)

In life, we all try to seek the approval of the persons around us. We want to be liked, loved, respected, praise and cherished. However, there are some situations where persons will not value you even though some will pretend to value you. For these situations, I will give some tips to help you know when you're not being valued You always have to initiate the conversation. Sure, conversations are good and everything but if you are the one always starting it that should be a major red flag. Conversations are a method in which people share values and attitudes with each other. If you are the one always starting the conversation with your friends or group of colleagues it means that these people do not value anything that you're saying. Sure, they may go with the flow of your conversation but when it comes to giving their input it is often short and to the point, as to end the conversation quickly. This manoeuvre is used to get out of your way as soon as possible because ...

Lessons to be learnt in life (Part 2)

In Life, there are moments which if we had the knowledge of the situation or even paid attention to would fair better or avoid any unnecessary problems within our life. Some of these moments are common for every human being and we share similar backgrounds and characteristics. So here the objective is to impart some knowledge to the youth or persons who need some guidance with there lives. 1.      The world does not revolve around you.   Many persons have this view that the society or the world must cater to all their needs, wants desires, pain, and happiness. What they fail to realize is the world does not care about them. In fact, it may not even recognize their existence as they are just seen as a statistic. The world has its own rules, regulations, and standards. Everything on the planet must follow these principles and failure to do so will result in the individual being left behind. 2.      No one owes you anything . Peop...

Lessons to be learned in life

In my life, I have encountered situation that have affected me for the better or worst. Some of these actions, I took now regret later on in my life. So for my younger readers and other in similar, here is my guidance from me to you. Know yourself. Knowing yourself is ideal for survival in today's society. Trying to be like someone else will do nothing but destroy you. Knowing yourself includes coming to realization of your strengths, weakness, likes, dislikes and interest. If people fail to accept you as you are then its best not to be associated with these people. Don't listen to everything that people say. Often person may things which they may hold as ideal and important or necessary for survival. These views are called opinions. Opinions have no basis to be applied to real life as open it comes from the individual's perspective and truly some people have a distorted perspective of life. A better option to stand on is factual information or following your gut instinc...

My analyst of Men

Image
In my last article, I talked about my analyst about women. It was mainly about how women are nowadays. However, after some readers reviewing my article, It seem that there was a bit of bias that was being convey to the women. Therefore to remain impartial, here is the rebuttal of my previous article. Men tend to be social loners. Even though  some men tend to have a lot of male and female friends, more than often they tend to spend most of their time alone. Any problem that they encounter they are usually expected to solve them on their own. Men don't tend to have a support structure as females have and this can lead them into very dangerous circumstances and situations. Men are masters of laziness. Men can be in a room with nothing to do and within a few moments come up with the most entertaining experience in their entire life whether it be a crazy game, epic conversations or some amazing idea. For women having, nothing to do will be nothing but torture for them as they f...

These are the last days? So what?

You know everytime bad happens in the world, Christians are the first to remind us that these are the last days. When 9/11 happened, they say these are the last days. When there is a mass shooting somewhere in America, they wail " these days are the last days", when the recession began they cry " these are the last days", when same sex marriage is legalized they protest " these are the last days". Even when somebody dies due to violence, accident, or war they cry " these are the last days". Truly, thanks for the reminder but we don't really care. Human beings have been committing many atrocities from the beginning of time, so much so that we have learned to adapt to these misfortunes. We know that life is a game and a bitch plus the theme of life is survival of the fittest. This means that we should expect bad things to occur. Look at the animal kingdom, they know that death and pain is apart of their daily and they have learned to work with ...

What I don't like

Image
Yeah. Chief Keef's I don't like. Not my favourite song but it is the only thing that suits this topic. I'm a real person and I have many things ( people and situations) that I don't like. Some of these things are against what I support and some just irritate me. So now without wasting your time, here is the things that I don't like. Drama Queens- These are one class of people I really don't like. These people make simple things a major problem. They stress me out too. I know you're going to say that I need to learn to deal with these people but guess what, dealing with them makes you sick which makes you dead. So yeah, deal with them until they kill me. Good idea.  Boring/Lame People -  Many times, I would be around boring people and I would say " I'm bored. You want to do something?" They say " No. Thank you", then a few moments later they complain about being bored. Listen people, life is too dull without excitement. Smile a l...

If atheists ruled the world

Everyone in today's world are blaming religion for all the world's problem. Many are saying it is useless and insignificant. In fact many are claiming that everyone should be atheists. Well imagine a world where the rulers are atheists and all religion is banned. Here's what would happen. There would be no need for weekends.   Weekends were created in order for the general public to attend worship services at their temple. These include both Muslims, Jews and Christians. Also these times were specially need for rest from their labour and family time. In an atheist society, there would be no need for persons to attend church or the temple, hence, they would be expect to work a full 7 days a week. Governments would use this opportunity to increase the productivity of all industries which would lead to the removal of the weekend totally.   There would be no need for religious holidays. Let's face it. We all love holidays; whether it is Christmas, Easter, Thanksgivin...
