Since the beginning of the world murder was a common thing for human. In fact at the end of this sentence, ten people would've died already. We have last week and this week the number of international murders in the new s from the navy yard in Washington to the attack on the mall in Kenya. Not to mention numerous murders that are constantly happening worldwide.  This begs to wonder what is wrong with this world and what could drive people to do these things? Even though you may think that you have no part to be blamed for murder in society,  we do in fact contribute to it. We are all murderers. This may sound like harsh statement but it is true. We are murderers whether or not we pull the trigger of the gun. Dear Student Loan I would like to thank you for the opportunity for me to receive a tertiary education. You have given me a chance that I would be unable to fulfil. However, I must confess something to you. I cannot repay. You see due to this tough economic climate in the island and the world has caused many jobs to vanish or become difficult to attain. After watching this video, I can't help to wonder the amount of things that occurs within this small island. Imagine in some communities people are living in fear, poverty and destruction all around them. This video highlighted many things that I was not quite aware of. The level of corruption that existed within this state is too embarrassing. The administration should take this as a sign to change in the country’s appearance on the world stage before this crime problem runs out of control because this can greatly affect our tourism sector. I was still taken aback to see that even at the airport corruption existed at high levels with their so called advanced technology for drugs and gun detection.  They even claimed that the airport was world class. Sigh. Jamaica, will you ever change?

In my life, many people have teased me for not having a girlfriend. Some say I am weird, some say I 'm gay and some just say I must be very lonely sexually and emotionally. All these things I find not to be true. Relationships to me sucks. Why would I like to see couples showing off their relationship like it's a big deal? How cares about them? Plus not having a girlfriend does not make you weird or gay or absolutely lonely and depressed. Here are some reasons for being in today's world. Single people can go anywhere-couples always have to report to each other on their movements and location. That is slavery. I should be able to go anywhere Single guys can look at any girl and flirt with them We save money for better stuff- you don't have to remember to buy the girl's birthday present, date reservations at some fancy restaurant or some stupid stuff in this recession. Women always state the ideals that they want in men. Some of these ideals are a good husband who takes care of their children, a perfect boyfriend who compliments on their dress or hairstyle and a man who doesn't like to stare at their breast even when they dress skimpy. In reality, women never ever go after the good guys rather the bad ones. The most confusing thing about this is that women consider these men as good men. How can this man be a good man when he has a pistol on his side? How can this man be perfect when he is noted for abusing women? You think you can change him? No you can't. The other foolish thing about women is that even when they are warned about these bad men, even from their mothers and girlfriends they still take the crappy treatment. Sigh... In life, we are all told to become leaders of society. We are told to become great leaders; leaders for justice equality, justice and freedom. However in today's society, there are no leaders, just slave drivers wiping people to cut their corn fields. Society's leaders are bullies, thugs, gangsters and dictators. They demand that we follow them to destruction instead of guiding us to success. They say they will provide a better future but instead they make us lost.  In my country Jamaica, we are told to be become the future of the nation but how can I become the future of this nation when the leaders raise taxes to high levels, there is a high murder and crime rate, and the employment rate is very high and constantly climbing? How can I pay for university or even repay my student loan with no money or job? When will there be a true leader? When will we realize the path  we are on and change it? Where is our silver lining?
